I feel so unmotivated help.

I know anything is possible to manifest but I want to manifest making my teeth whole, healthy and cavity free again. I've been trying for two months and I don't know what to do no changes. I have until May before i run out of time and have to have surgery to take them out, I don't want this. Any tips or anything (I have a okish-good self concept)
