How can someone in Bangladesh land a fully remote Cybersecurity job in 2026? Which entry-level/mid roles should I realistically target?

I’m from Dhaka, Bangladesh (UTC+6) and I’m trying to break into cybersecurity with 100% remote positions only (US/EU companies preferred). I’m completely self-taught with no professional experience yet.

My main questions:

1. Which roles are actually remote-friendly for someone based in Bangladesh? SOC Analyst (Tier 1/2), Junior Security Analyst, Vulnerability Management, GRC/Compliance Analyst, Junior Pentester, or something else?
2. What’s the realistic path right now? Most “remote” listings still say US-only or require specific time zones.
3. Any success stories from South Asia/India/Bangladesh? How did you handle payment (Wise, Payoneer, etc.), tax, and time-zone differences?
