Am I being delusional?

I haven't been in a relationship for a long time, so I tried a dating app. It was tough to find a match but recently I found a match and texted a girl there. I told her that it's been a long time since I texted someone this much and she said the same thing, so I think maybe she likes to talk. But I have no idea how to build up a connection. We are complete strangers to each other so I'm kinda lost. Most f**king weird thing is I feel like I have a lump in my throat each time I'm texting her.
