Timemore Kettle Temp Issue

I just got a Timemore Fish kettle from a friend as a move-in gift about a week ago, and honestly really like it. It’s fun to have an additional tool to my Stagg. I’ve been enjoying using it so far, but a couple of days ago it started doing this thing with the temp where it won’t heat up past 191F. I have it set to 196F, but it doesn’t change anything if I raise the temp even to 212F, it stops heating or heating+temp holding at 191F. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks in advance!
