Nightmares

I keep repeatedly having a nightmare where my family, friends, lover will reject me because I can’t touch people right. Like my physical contact is so bad in my dreams I recoil and get scared so much so that people get annoyed/mad at me and ultimately leaving me or lashing out at me in the same ways over and over in my dreams.

I wanna keep this as SFW as possible so I don’t wanna describe more what happens to me in my dreams but they always wake me up feeling terrible and scared. I’m really tired. I love sleeping but I can’t dream right. This is more of a rant if anything I just feel stuck.
