Have you wanted to off-shore some of your recruitment?

Hi All,

I'm fairly new in recruiting but have sourced quite a large enterprise of off-shore recruiters. I'm UK based but have recruiters in Asia of around 25 people.

I'm thinking about offering services to recruitment companies to help them fill positions they may be struggling with or are quite low paying that they can't or don't want to dedicate much time to. We can charge the recruiter a percentage of their costs or agree a fixed fee.

Would this be what recruiters may want or is there a way to leverage my off-shore staff to help with recruiting in UK/US and Europe?
