curious if anyone else has vaginismus?

i got diagnosed with it a couple years ago, i’ve always experienced pain when trying to insert anything, even a tampon is painful. i am having pelvic floor therapy to help but i mentioned syntribation to the physio and she said it makes sense that i do it as its a non painful way for me
