Looking for Accounts/Finance opportunities-Request for job support

I hope you are doing well during this tough times .

I just wanted to reach out with a request, in case anyone might be able to help my husband find an opportunity in the accounts/Finance field.

He is 33 years old and has over 12 years of experience, including several years in a senior role at a well reputed multinational company in the UAE. In 2021, due to cost cutting he was moved to India in a back office role, while still supporting the UAE corporate office remotely.

Recently, he accepted a new job offer and relocated, Honestly it wasn’t an easy decision. He went ahead mainly because of our situation at home. Our toddler has a genetic disorder and needs daily therapies, which are quite expensive. Also my father-in-law passed away after a long battle with cancer. With everything happening, the financial pressure pushed him to take this step, even though the role wasn’t anywhere close to what he had been doing before.

He had made this decision before the war, and he really wouldn’t have taken that risk if we had known what was coming. Unfortunately, things haven’t worked out the way we hoped. The work environment has been very difficult there’s no proper structure, no clear work ethics, and not even the basic support needed to do the job. On top of that, his visa process is still getting delayed, even though his work permit is already issued.

Right now, we are feeling quite stressed and unsure, especially with his visit visa set to expire in the next 2–3 weeks. We’ve been trying everywhere, applying as much as we can, but with the current regional tensions and competitive market I dont think its easy .

Alhamdulillah, we were in a stable place before, but things have become very challenging now. The stress, the uncertainty around our child’s condition and the financial pressure are all taking a toll on us.
