Ams 700 broken, keep getting denied surgery

having a hard time finding an insurance that's in network with these hospitals

current insurance will cover my stay but not the surgery. the piece is broken.

I'm not sure what to do.

I've called several hospitals and doctors, get told it's covered only to be told they won't cover it 2 days before surgery.

.obviously don't have 20,000 to pay up front.

male is 32 years old, has had the pump in for 10 year

please help
