NEED tips for newbie ward nurse

Hello po, asking tips po as a newbie ward nurse. Nahihirapan po ako sa prioritization. May times kasi na toxic cases napupunta sakin for example mga pedia na may pcap, dengue😭 tapos adult px na senior anemic + acute back pain 🥲. Lalo na pag sabay silang nagcall bell😭. Di ko alam pano hahatiin si self.

2nd concern po ay 'yung pag may direct admission. 'Yung ako magsstart ng carry out ng lahat ng doctor's order po.

3rd is med prep & iv insertion specially iv meds, don talaga ako natatagalan, pati sa pag gawa ng med cards hehe. Sa pag insert and trouble shoot ng ivf contraptions pala po. Nahihirapan ako iopen minsan ung cap ng cannula kasi nasasaktan px but need kasi may air bubbles malapit sa insertion site na.

4th is 'yung sa endorsement pala. Minsan nabibilisan parin ako sa endorsement ng senior nurses and pag mag rereceive from other areas like ER, OR/DR may times kasi na nangnininja endorsement sila😭. Basta maendorse na sa ward po. How to police (appropriate ba na word 'to HAHAHA) them in a respectful way po?

Marami pa me concern but kauuwi ko lang po from duty so antok + pagod na me kaso nagrrun ang mga questions na 'to sa mind ko po. TY in advance. 😴😴
