A Small Tip for the Ninja Creami
Here's a small but crucial tip that I never hear anyone mention:
Always Always Always run the 'Mix in' setting after your ice cream (or whatever you are blending) has become fully blended. EVEN if you are not adding any mix ins. It doesnt matter. Run that mode at the end.
You've probably noticed that after 2 or 3 blend settings you end up with 90% of the icecream around the edge of the container and a giant hole in the middle. If you run the mix in setting it will fill in that hole and you get a nice filled container of frozen dessert :)

Bonus tip: If you are making non dairy icecreams. Use Guar gum if possible, not Xanthan. I know Xanthan 'technically' works, however Guar gum is much better if you need to 're-freeze' the Icecream. Xanthan is perfectly fine if you are blending and then eating the entire tub in a single day. If you're going to be freezing the Icecream for multiple days, Guar gum is far far better. It will remain much smoother and creamier. Easier to scoop. Xanthan gum will freeze solid.
