New to reddit How do I get in touch with Tryst? Cant find DM option

Nothing I try works! ive sent 2 support tickets, one urgent email, signed up here again after many years. Cant find a way to DM u/tryst_support or post. Reddit is taking me in circles. This is crazy.

Anyhow Im in Jacksonville Florida, Premium Plus & for months the line up has not changed. Ive tried multiple devices. Ive been on the 2nd page for months & its killing my biz. Its not shuffling like it should. No one has gotten back to me in 45 days. I need someone at Tryst to look into this
