What schools to apply to?

Please help! I’m kind of in a weird spot where I have a 3.5 GPA (T10 LAC), 512 MCAT (132 CP). I’m not sure where best to apply as an NJ resident, ORM (?, Filipinos). My biggest X-factor is that I won a Fulbright to the Philippines for public health research (first gap year). And I’m currently working as a research assistant in infectious diseases at T5 med school (second gap year).

In general:

Research (4 years, no pubs, honors thesis, poster)

Volunteer (youth pastor, nursery school, county health department)

Clinical (sports medicine aide, hospice volunteer, surgical intern)

Leadership (president of student residential life at my college, founder/co-exec of a public health journal)

Other (published author in undergrad neurosci journal and AAPI creative journal)

Any idea of schools that would seem like a good fit, please, I’d much appreciate it!!! I’d prefer to stay near NJ/east coast, but more than welcome to expand.
