Having trouble making a subclass

I'm making a paladin subclass, using the Oath of Devotion as a template to make things easier, but every time I save anything, even just changing the name, it just reverts back to the previous name, Copy_of_Oath_of_Devotion. It does this with everything, including spells and features.
