Quashing advices for BNS Section 311

Hi ,

I wanted to get some advices on quashing for BNS 311 (dacoity) and others , My brother along with 3 others are arrested in the case. We are settling the matter with the complaint and a compromise deed is being made. I’ve heard that quashing is not possible in BNS 311 , can someone advice me on that , it’s really urgent.
