I stopped looking for job - because most just need cheap labour

I stopped looking for job let's start there. I have been in video Production had run entire project from pitching to final delivery from domestic to international. With over 500 project of various size under my belt including Bollywood movies.

And more than ever I see the need of videos now but the same problem

1. same salary bracket 60k to 90k at most regardless of your experience

2. being interviewed by same people who I don't even hire in my team during project because of how untrustworthy and selfish they are and most importantly jealous of you.

3. company just need same old twerking video which is there take on the trend no original idea.

4. the job posts wants you to everything as 1 man team and make sure everything is viral

5. most startup are built by immature people who doesn't understand there own product how to sell or how to market.

6. just because it feels like they understand unlike writing code every one has opinion regardless and the explanation is Nike level ad at zero budget.

7. the amount of time I find the HR team to be just bunch of dumb people I can't even go there.

so solution just stopped applying for any job. I can't stand a undercommited fascist company anymore. Best thing if I have to deal with them I would rather be a consultant to them then a employee.
