Does anyone know the answer?

I was on the SAVE plan which is getting thrown out (Thanks a lot Donald Dump) Even though it is in Forbearance I've been continuing to pay 100$ a month which is over my minimum of $84 (my loan amount is $40,105) I went ahead and switched to standard and they said my Payment is $458 which luckily I can afford, but my loans have been in repayment since 2019 so I'm willing to bet that is gonna skyrocket soon. I can't afford to pay more than the standard. If I sign up for IBR once I'm married in July, my payment will go up over 1k since my Fiancé makes over double what I do and he has no debt. As of right now they say I have another 109 months to repay, and the guy on the phone at Nelnet said so, but I don't trust them, and I am thinking I'm gonna have to refinance out of federal because nobody can give me a clear answer on how long my loans have exactly been in repayment (with COVID and everything nobody knows) Can somebody lead me in the right direction here? I don't qualify for PSLF since I don't work for a non profit nor am I a teacher.
