VES exam rework-Ideas on how to get it done?

My husband had a PTSD C and P on Feb 9th. Provider took FOREVER and after three weeks, and I ended up escalating it to get it done. After the DBQ was submitted back to VA, it sat for three weeks. Then they ordered an exam rework. The psychologist who conducted the exam wrote that my husband's issues are all PTSD, and that TBI symptoms can be differentiated from PTSD, and that he does not have a TBI. So the rater (thankful for them) wants clarification from this examiner. It's been two weeks since VA sent the rework back to that same provider. I know exactly what VA is asking for and it's literally maybe 10-15 mins worth of work. Not hard. I know it doesn't take weeks to get it done. I've escalated it again, but that is going nowhere. We are 875 days into this claim and it's getting really old.

Anyone have ANY ideas on how we can get VES to get this examiner to do his damn job??
