IM GOING TO JAPAN!!!!!!!!

I'm planning to head to Japan, Tokyo with family for a week and while we have already planned on some locations that my family wants to go, I was wondering if there are any places that sell anime/manga or video game merch. Something like Fangamer and Shonen Jump Shop. I'm also planning to visit the life sized gundam and some other places but I'm also curious what other shopping opportunities I missed while doing my research(which honestly isn't much I just discussed with friends who went before).
