It's Strange When You Think About This Game From An Outsider's Perspective.

This is one of the only PvP video games I've played where there's an outright expectation that the killer players should play sub optimally or they're bad people and "shit at the game". Like think about it for a second there's rules that aren't in the game that are expected to be followed at the cost of winning. I might be showing my age a bit but, most pvp games I've played a win was a win unless it was outright cheated most people accepted that. But, with this game if you're not being a twelve hook Andy it's seen as acceptable to threaten people, turn on cheats in order to ruin the game, or tell the person you lost to that their win is invalid due to the way they obtained it.

I've personally stopped using the term tunneling altogether because it's lost all meaning. Everyone has their own definition that strays from the original meaning. Hell you can let people go off and heal multiple times in a match and you'll STILL be called a tunneler. It's silly. Doing gens efficiently is skill according to some players while a killer doing their objective efficiently is toxic and mean. Doesn't anyone else see how dumb that sounds?
