Good place to buy soil for raised beds? Top soil?

I had a lot of yard work done and I'm trying to fill raised beds and even out areas of the lawn that were torn up.

I think I might need about 4 cubic yards of soil for the garden beds but if I had my choice I'd start with a lower amount and then order more because I'm not sure. And I might need more than that.

I also need some top soil for evening out areas of the lawn that were torn up but I have no idea how much. Maybe also around 4 cubic yards.

I want to find a nice balance between price and quality. The most recent post I found in this subreddit was from three years ago and it seemed people thought Ri-Mor was awful, and Bluebird was higher quality but more expensive especially with delivery fees. Is that still true? And are there any other options that have started up since then?
