Closed comedones & Post-Inflammatory Hyperpigmentation (PIH)

Hiii!! I’m 19F and have been having closed comodones and dark spots from my pimples for awhile now soo i have some questions if anyone is kind enough to answer them🤗

What are some affordable products I can use?

And should i target the close comodones first or dark spots first?
