I have 2 problems regarding my cat and I hope you guys can help me

I'll make it as short as possible: . Problem no1: my cat won't eat dry food anymore, and unfortunately I can't afford wed food everyday....I can only buy 2 cans a week and each one lasts 2days......dry food as affordable and I always always have it available for my cat, she will keep meowing for food even tho dry food plate is always full ... . . Problem no2: water..... I've installed her a water fountain just for her that , and I have a big bowl of water just for her and I clean it every few hours......but yet she wants to drink from the bathroom faucet (not the toilet fortunately), she just doesn't want to drink from them for some reason . . I'm starting to lose hope I tried everything... Any advice is really appreciated
