Question related to leave and wisdom teeth surgery as a new student

Hello, i need to get wisdom teeth surgery and i will be coming to Japan. the country where i live, the wisdom teeth surgery is quite expensive and out of my budget so im thinking of going to Japan and getting it done as i have student insurance but im scared it can affect my attendance in school as im going to be a little late to my school, will the school understand if i take leave for two-three days?
