How do you manage professional and holiday expenses with categories and labels?

I was wondering how you guys manage your professional and holiday expenses on Wallet from BudgetBakers? As far as I'm not wrong, we can't exclude labels, only categories with filters. Then initially I was thinking of making labels for "Holidays" and for "Professional" (+ some extra labels for specific trips) and keep usual categories (for restaurantes, etc.), but then if I want to check my everyday life expenses excluding my holidays and professional expenses, I realized that's not possible in the filters (or did I miss something?). Then I'm finally wondering whether I should not create subcategories within some "Professional" and "Holidays" categories, so I can exclude them from filters whenever I want?

Or should the exclusion filters be an additional feature in Wallet to keep the usual categories, but only include/exclude certain tags?

I'll be interested in what you guys are doing and what you think is best, and whether I missed anything.
