Tips to not get burned out on Aether?

I see a lot of people saying that they work the maximum hours on Aether, but I can't do more than 2 hours of H2H before feeling like my brain is going to mush. To the people who are able to work these hours, what's ur schedule like? What do you do to get you to these hours?
