Can’t do diets

Rant/Venting

I was almost always overweight. My highest was 97kg (214 pounds) with a height of 167cm (5'5). At some point, right after I got Covid, I developed serious health issues that made me unable to eat and I dropped to 77kg (169 pounds). Couple years later, I developed insulin resistance and high cholesterol and my weight went up to 87kg out of the blue until I took medications and now it stays at around 80kg. I can’t go down from that. I can’t stick to a diet especially now that I have bad insulin resistance. I have to do low carbs and I absolutely cannot. I’ve tried everything but I can’t convince myself to eat healthier let alone exercise too. I work too much and the last thing I have in my mind is to meal prep and cook every type of vegetable and salads there is, try to find rare low carb expensive stuff to snack on, cook all day long and exercise too.

At this point I have accepted that I’ll die from PCOS complications at a young age.
