Weird buyer trying to rip people off

So this guy was trying to buy my cards. He's on Facebook saying he's buying cards so I give him magenta lava nick Kurtz auto and it's raw. He starts showing me last sales of PSA 8 PSA 9 which are lower than the last sold raw card last sold is 500 on card ladder but he want me to sell it fora pas 8 price am I in the wrong for saying he is completely trying to rip me off and I said to him if that's what we're doing then I might as well say I'm selling it at a psa 0 price I mean I know he is just a pos who's trying to rip people off for there cards right and I was letting the cards go for 85% of the last comps is that wrong
