The gang is all here. Boris, Konstaltyn, and Katarin confederated
As Boris I confederated ropesmen early but had to give Praag away to keep Konstaltyn alive and couldn't afford their armies.
Only my second campaign and I got it into my head that confederating is too expensive.
I was mopping up Sigvald and Belakor and not under any threat just waiting for my chorf endtimes to happen.
So I was building up my economy turn after turn. Farms everywhere, all level three (I am rank 2).
So just to check, I tried confederation. Katarin only cost me 1400 and Konstaltyn put me +7000 gold. Couldn't believe it.
So now I have level 23 Katarin, level 43 Konstaltyn, and level 50 Boris to play with.
The ironclaw orcs are rank1 and a problem but Franz has confederated everyone and my best ally at rank 18.
Kislev has been losing battles to Waargh Ironclaw and too low tier, so their armies were low and now I can rebuild them properly with tier 3-4 units. I will disband half of them and rebuild them into two stacks that can take on and win vs an Ironclaw hier tier stack+ waargh stack.
Ironclaw showdown and the chorf endgame and the only demonlord to survive my onslaught is Tamurkhan. I am going to save him for last. Yeah, I know he is tough but he is fighting the chorfs endtimes now, so I will leave him alone.
It was already a great second campaign, and now It is going to be even more fun to play all three lords.
