SAS Premium or seat selection near "Exit"

Hello,

Flying from CPH to ICN with SAS and have a question regarding seat. Is it worth upgrade/big on SAS Premium using 390 USD (converted) or 2200 Points pr. person, or selecting the seats in row 40? Focus is a bit of extra room. The cost for those seats is about 80 USD pr. seat.
