Messages for Web

Hello, I'm having a recurring issue where I get pinged with the "use here?" window on messages for web. I've checked my authorized clients, there are two, on devices that I have on-hand at all times. I also randomly get notifications for "device pairing" saying my messages are available on the device I have paired, during times when both devices are turned off. What gives?!?! Has anyone else seen this?!
