I dont know much about football but wanna get into Football Manager.

I wanna get into FM 26, never played a FM game before and i dont know much about football tactics and stuff, i watch the "big matches" thats it :/. Is there any guides you'd like to recommend? on youtube or i can read too. Since i dont even know about the positions on the field even, i believe i need to learn somethings before get into the game and get overwhelmed.

Apart from guides, anything you guys wanna tell me or advice about is welcome. thx.
