OT Situation in SMCDSB or SCDSB

Come September, I will be relocating from Niagara to the Simcoe County area. Part of the reason is that Occasional Teaching for high school in the DSBN is abysmal and I barely work at all. Getting an LTO also feels impossible at times (I’ve had one in 2 years here). So, I’m just wondering if there are a lot of postings each day in these boards and if people have been able to get consistent work. I know there have been some negative posts about SCDSB so if that includes you could you let me know why? Thank you so much.
