i feel like a horrible person

my baby has been eating at longer stretches (4-5hrs) between feeds for the past few days which is really nice but last night i fed her at 11:00 and i am typing this at 6:45 she is eating for the first time since 11:00pm, my alarm didn’t go off and i woke up to her crying. i feel terrible, i don’t know how long she was crying, thats 4.5 hours over the time she usually eats between feeds, she was premature and shes only 2 months old right now. i feel numb i just want to cry, is she going to be okay? she seems perfectly fine. i am just so sad
