Very severe and stuck on steroids. Please help

I am very severe and on top of that I have been stuck on steroids for 3 months. Tapering is impossibly difficult, my appetite is completely gone, and I feel nauseous all the time. In addition, steroids have caused countless other issues; in fact, it is the steroids themselves that have pushed me from severe to very/extremely severe. Please, some help. How can I get out of them? Even getting through a single day on them is extremely hard for me, and stopping is equally impossible.
