Should drivers who just auto accept every order every order and just keep the good ones be deactivated?

I say yes because it screws things up for everybody and is unfair to other drivers. It is rampant here and orders are gone before you can even look at them. All shops here are FCFS here now except for very early morning and then shit orders that nobody would keep.

I had a guy tell me the other day that Spark threatened him with a timeout because he was doing it too much. I feel like if you hit that level more than once you should get a permanent timeout because you are the problem.
