PH Travel Insurance

Hi! I became a permanent resident this year, and I am scheduled to go back to the Philippines for a one-month vacation.

Would travel insurance work on this instance na PR ako sa Canada pero citizen pa din naman ako sa Philippines? If so, do you have any recommendations?

I have insurance from my current work sa Canada, pero I am past due sa PhilHealth and I don’t have life insurance sa Philippines. I’m worried that I would get sick and have to pay out of pocket during my vacation.
