Newish Player. Which precon is better?

To preface, I haven’t really played paper magic since middle school, about 20 years ago and I got back into it around Covid with a buddy for a bit. Long story short, i have been playing Arena off and on since it came out and now I want to get back into paper and go play at my LGS. Couple of questions.

1. I have two precons: Land’s Wrath and Elven Empire, which is better to use?

2. How chill are people usually at LGS’s?

3. How hard is the RDH format to learn?
