What time to disembark for our same day flight?

We have an 11:30 a.m. flight departing Orlando the morning that we disembark. Would not have been my first choice of flight time but I was not the one who booked the flights. First time cruisers and first time flying out of Orlando. Taking a shuttle to the airport. What time would you plan to disembark in order to make that flight?

Do you think we can still take advantage of the Key breakfast that morning?

Thanks!
