LE Comp Question

I went through a unfortunate OLR. Received zero negative feedback through out the year and was slapped with a LE. I received my comp for next year. Zero base increase and zero RSUs. After what I read online I was expecting that. My question is that if I raise my ranking by next year will my 2027 comp go up? Or if I stay in my current role will I have to sit through a year with a 30% decrease in pay before seeing it rise in 2028?
