Question for the girlsssss

I’m a Florida native. Going on my honeymoon to Italy in July. I wanna wear those cute tops that tie in the front and some strapless top.I can’t wear “covers” because I am allergic to adhesive/glue. I know it’s a different stronger heat there… Do any of yall have any suggestions? I know it’ll be too hot and sweaty out to go without a bra
