Sharing this because service is usually the biggest worry when buying these robots in India. My Narwal suddenly stopped cleaning midway and showed an error message. I called the phone number listed on their website expecting the usual long automated call menu, but someone actually picked up pretty quickly. Explained the issue and they asked me to check underneath the robot. Turns out a massive hairball had wrapped around the brush roller (there are three people with long hair in my house so not surprising). Cleaned that out and the robot started working normally again. The support guy stayed on the call until the cleaning cycle restarted just to confirm it was fine.
