How do you deal with bots?

I am a very smalll streamer, but yet I keep getting bots that ask me to add on discord or ask me for art or 'Some of my squad' bots.

None of these read channel rules (obviously).

What settings can I use as a small user that still allows people to post, but have to require an account on twitch for more then a week? IL cannot find a setting like this.
