Stuttering/lagspike

Yo,

I recently came back to tibia after a long break and i am experiencing quite heavy lag for some odd reason.

It happens every 2-3 mins and its a short freeze lag maybe 1-2 seconds. I have tried changing graphics engine and tweeked around with settings to no avail.

The only real help ive found is restarting my pc then it works no problem for 1-2 hours then it comes back.

I have a gtx 5080 120 gig ram Ethernet cable 250mb/s

I hope anyone can help me out before i die from this
