What are some good anime recommendations

I'm new to anime and I've only watched Attack on titan, chainsaw man, death note, solo leveling and to be hero x. recommend me some with great story/action/mystery like mindblowing stuff. I don't like to watch way too many episodes. also ones that doesn't get boring.
