Need help for a payment

Hi everyone, I'm new to crypto, I need to buy somethinc on the internet and I'II pay with crypto, so there's na speculative aim, iust need to pay

I need something that will stay stable while I buy what I need and doesn't change price suddenly, and with lowest fees possible.

I thought about USDC but there are two of them, one backed by Ethereum and one by Solana, anyone knows what's better for my purpose? Or if I should consider other crypto?

I've also found USDT that I think has a similar purpose but I don't want to make mistakes, anv help is welcome, thanks
