Receipt from Shopee and Lazada

I want to ask kung bakit yung product na nabili ko from Lazada specifically from Garmin and OnePlus Philippines walang physical receipt and required pakong mag provide ng TIN to have an e-receipt. However, yung mga products ko from shopee always have physical receipts (eg. GameOne, Pixelplay, Ace Hardware, Royal Kludge)
