is there anything at all that i can take/do that's like vyvanse? my brain doesn't work and vyvanse was the only thing that helped slighty

can't get ritalin or caffeine here, atomoxetine makes me super sleepy, im already drinking 4 monsters a day, which is like 600mg caffeine, i could get instant coffee, idk how much caffeine in that tho
