Double pay mortgage 2 months in a row

Hi I have a Chase mortgage and Bilt has been less than useless in helping me figure this out. I keep getting double charged for mortgage. I now have autopay to the Bilt account completely off and it’s only set up in my app. Will I have to manually pay mortgage now? Anyone have any other ideas?
