I'm crying

hi. I've never been properly diagnosed I'm just told that my cultures never grow anything...like ever ...I'm trying to accept that it is IC but it's hard when my body mounts this inflammatory response that FEELS LIKE infection. I get hot and cold, very nauseated....I absolutely hate it because my husband just says,"get done antibiotics" what for if it's not true infection.
